१. राष्ट्रिय मानव अधिकार आयोगको स्थापनाको औचित्य प्रष्ट पार्नुहोस् ।
Answer👉 राष्ट्रिय मानव अधिकार आयोगको स्थापनाको औचित्यलाई निम्न बुँदाबाट प्रष्ट पार्न सकिन्छ :-

३. इन्सेकले मानव अधिकारका क्षेत्रमा पुऱ्याएको योगदानको चर्चा गर्नुहोस् ।
Answer👉 सन् १९८८ मा स्थापना भएको अनौपचारिक सेवा केन्द्र इन्सेक नेपालमा मानव अधिकार र मौलिक हकको सवालमा लामो समयदेखि कार्यरत संस्था हो । विशेष गरेर अनौपचारिक क्षेत्रमा संलग्न मानिसहरूको मानव अधिकारको रक्षा गर्ने उद्देश्य राखेर यो संस्था स्थापना भएको हो । वर्षभरिमा अनौपचारिक क्षेत्रमा मानव अधिकारको अवस्था अध्ययन विश्लेषण गरी सत्य तथ्य प्रकाश पार्न यस संस्थाले खेलेको भूमिका महत्त्वपूर्ण रहेको छ ।
इन्सेकले मानव अधिकार सम्बन्धमा विभिन्न सचेतनामूलक कार्यक्रम तथा तालिम सञ्चालन गर्छ । त्यस्तै मानव अधिकारको अवस्था विश्लेषण गर्ने, आवश्यक राय, सल्लाह प्रस्तुत गर्ने काम पनि गर्छ । मानव अधिकार उल्लङ्घन विरुद्ध उजुरी गर्ने तथा समाधानका उपाय खोजी गर्छ । मानव अधिकार सम्बन्धमा अन्तरक्रिया कार्यशाला तथा गोष्ठीको आयोजना गर्ने तथा मौलिक हक कार्यान्वयनका लागि दबाबमूलक कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्ने काम पनि यसले गर्दछ। तसर्थ इन्सेकले मानव अधिकारका क्षेत्रमा निकै महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान पुयाएको छ ।

Answer👉 Established in 1988, the Informal Service Center INSEC is an organization working for a long time in the field of human rights and fundamental rights in Nepal. This organization was established with the aim of protecting the human rights of people involved in the informal sector in particular. During the year, the role played by this organization to reveal the truth by studying and analyzing the situation of human rights in the informal sector has been important.
INSEC conducts various awareness programs and training on human rights. Similarly, it also analyzes the situation of human rights, presents necessary opinions and advice. Complains against human rights violations and seeks solutions. It also organizes interactive workshops and seminars on human rights and conducts pressure programs for the implementation of fundamental rights. Therefore, INSEC has made a very important contribution in the field of human rights.
